Having trouble downloading an image?

if you are on a mobile device:

1. be sure that you open the link in a search engine (chrome, safari, etc) rather than straight from a third-party app (like instagram) as this may not allow you to download the image
2. next press and hold on the image you want and proceed to click "download image" (be sure the picture has been loaded completely or you may find yourself with a blurry image)

if you are on a computer:

1. right-click on the image you wish to download and hit "save image"
2. the picture should show up in your "Downloads" folder
